In an environment of openness & collaboration, Operational Excellence business partner maximizes the contribution of its global function within Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) Global Business Unit (GBU) as well as other functions in Sanofi. In a matrix organization, as the Head of Global Operational Excellence, standards & performance you will be ensuring high standards and working with common technology, tools, systems, for the good of One Sanofi.  

Main responsibilities: 

• Performance Ambition Setting: Benchmark performance gaps and opportunities, align performance aspirations across GBUs and Global Functions and harmonize performance governance using digital tools
• Enhancing GBU Capabilities: lead global programs and innovation efforts, coordinate transversal performance topics, codify performance standards
• SMS 2.0 Global Program: develop site ecosystems and support Global Functions, assess standards adoption through Maturity Assessments
• Drive Supplier Excellence: support ideation and cross-functional execution, lead the KSOL community
• Best-in-Class Operational Excellence: identify and develop high potentials and promote a culture of performance

About you 

• Track record in Operational Excellence and/or Transformation roles in large organizations, with proven track record in driving change and achieving lasting and measurable impact
• Experience in large complex industrial environments, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders
• Exposure to consulting, both as a client or a consultant, is a plus
• Decision Maker: you take timely and data-based decisions in a fast moving and complex environment to drive performance and progress
• Performance Champion: you embrace digital innovation, AI, GenAI to democratize data and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness
• Unleash the potential of each one and prepare the leaders of the future
• Oral and written fluency in English, another language represents an asset
