Job description

HR Director for Poland branch, Leading Construction CompanyLaading international Construction and development company (successful projects in UAE, Turkey ets) start new project in PolandResponsibilities:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and sustainability goals. Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a competitive construction industry.
Oversee employee relations activities, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, promoting a culture of open communication and conflict resolution.
Work closely with mass recruitment and outsoursing companies to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Lead the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans. Ensure fair and consistent application of performance standards across the organization.
Collaborate with finance and executive teams to design competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages.
Regularly review and update the company’s compensation structure to remain competitive in the market.
Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant. Mitigate legal risks by implementing and enforcing consistent HR policies and procedures

RequirementsQualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leadership role in the construction industry or production company on Poland location
In-depth knowledge of Poland employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated success in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in international companies
Experience with mass recruitment (inhouse of collaboration with recruiting agencies)
English level at least B2
