Role Responsibilities:

* Lead a diverse department, focusing on people management and leadership within a lab environment, ensuring dynamic and varied daily operations.
* Spearhead digitalisation and continuous improvement projects, aligning with the company’s mission to advance life-changing science.
* Engage with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and drive initiatives that positively impact medical advancements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Scientific field.
* Multiple years of experience in a management role within a laboratory / R&D environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong leadership and project management experience, enabling you to inspire and direct teams toward impactful goals.
* Experience with SAP or similar platforms
* Fluent level of Dutch and English
