Our client is an exciting and growing Film and TV studio. It invests in, produces and distributes stellar Film and TV content across multiple platforms.We have a new opportunity for an experienced Head of Legal & Business Affairs to join the business on a 9 month + FTC (to cover maternity leave).The role:

• Assist/advise management and key stakeholders on key corporate and finance matters, including corporate strategy, M&A, management of co-investment and governance
• Manage a small and dynamic LBA team
• Lead and manage all aspects of the film production process, including co-production agreements, production finance and security documentation, and other bespoke commercial agreement

The Candidate:

• An effective leader, manager and mentor who motivates and inspires a team to maximise their potential
• A proven track record of problem-solving legal expertise, as well as depth of experience in all aspects of film financing and production, as well as broader GC responsibilities
