The role covers a wide range of activity from brand development to integrated campaigns that deliver commercial results. You will lead and inspire a cross functional team responsible for media engagement, reputation management, campaign delivery, digital content, social media, creative, event marketing and all paid, owned and earned channels. As the Head of Marketing Communications, you will build the CIPD’s brand to deliver increased impact with key stakeholders and positive sentiment with customers in the UK and our regions.What you’ll be doing
