Our Client based in Southampton is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join their team in a Head of Occupational Health Role on a Permanent basis with in their friendly and supportive team.The role is Permanent, Full timeSite working in Southampton and working from homeSalary up to £60K per annumThis is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.The main duties include:

• Responsible for Operational Planning, Development and provision of high quality specialised Occupational Health Service.
• Work autonomously and exercise professional and individual responsibility for the systematic governance of occupational health practice
• Provide Clinical support to other less experienced team members
• Strong analytical and Judgemental skills
• Strong Communication and relationship skills

Experience / skills required;

• 2 years experience in a leadership position
• OH Degree/Diploma essential
• Case management experience essential
