• Take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our 6-person People Team
• Oversee the entire Belgian recruiting funnel, utilize available data, and analyze every step to best and sustainably support our growth
• Manage social labor relations, organizing social elections, preparing for and participating in works council and health & safety committee meetings, and serving as the point of contact for the union delegation.
• Help shape AUTO1 Group’s strategy in Belgium by working without local top management to develop and implement smart personnel budgets, staffing plans, and long-term HR strategies
• Keep a close eye on all relevant employee KPIs, identify trends, and define a clear and precise roadmap to sustainably improve them
• Analyze our existing structures and processes, drive improvements, and have a direct impact on the efficiency of our People Department

Qualifications

• A university degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a similar field is desirable
• Professional experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
• Proven leadership experience and excellent skills in HR Management, local Labor Law and Talent Acquisition
• An ambitious mindset with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English are essential
