Head of People Opportunity!– Location: Netherlands, Zuid-Holland– REMOTE WORKING IN THE NETHERLANDS– PROFESSIONAL/NATIVE DUTCH REQUIREDLa Fosse is currently representing a global organisation and looking for their European Head of People.Key responsibilities:Across the sectors: People Partnering & Projects, HR Operations, Hiring & Onboarding, Employee Relations and HR Admin & SystemsPartner with senior leaders across the region, offering high-level HR advice and support.Shape and deliver HR strategies and initiatives aligned with broader business goals.Drive recruitment efforts across Europe, from agency partnerships to employer branding and onboarding.Oversee employee relations, coaching managers and resolving complex people issues.Ensure HR policies and processes meet local legal requirements and best practices.Collaborate with payroll and legal partners to ensure smooth regional operations.Support the setup and optimisation of regional legal entities and HR functions.Lead and contribute to various HR projects across the EMEA region.Analyse people data, provide regular reporting, and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure HR systems, tools, and workflows are efficient, accurate, and scalable.What is in it for you?An opportunity to get involved and build from scratch.Open the gates to growth within a company that values its culture and people.My client needs someone with experience in a fast paced environment who can work within a team efficiently yet be independant and manage to multitask various responsibilties.Proven experience in pan-European roles is a key requirement as this role will be heavily based in Europe.For more information on the opportunity please contact me on: – attaching your CV and phone numberOr you can reach me on my LinkedIn:
