Our client is a startup revolutionizing in silico approaches to drug discovery through the creation of a digital twin of the cell, leveraging groundbreaking technologies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, systems engineering, and single-cell multi-omics data analysis. With strong collaborations with leading pharmaceutical companies and top academic labs, and following a successful funding round, the company is expanding its team with this pivotal role.PositionAs Head of Product, you will play a central role in defining and implementing product strategies. You will oversee planning processes across multiple teams, ensuring technical, commercial, and strategic objectives are achieved. A key aspect of your role will involve analyzing customer needs, identifying market trends, and assessing partnership opportunities. Additionally, you will evaluate competitor offerings to define effective differentiation strategies.Your ability to craft strategic documents outlining use cases, technical requirements, and financial projections will be a significant asset for this position. You will also develop programs to meet product requirements, design sales strategies based on market analysis, and create impactful launch plans. Coordinating efforts across departments, maintaining production schedules will be among your core responsibilities, and ensuring the best possible experience for the users.Beyond product management, you will evaluate new ideas to devise the best go-to-market strategies. Your methodical and results-oriented approach will contribute to the success of ambitious, high-impact projects in the biotechnology sector.This role, offering significant autonomy, is a permanent position based in Paris but can be fully remote from elsewhere in France or internationally.ProfileYou hold a Master’s or PhD in biological sciences, ideally in fields such as computational biology, bioinformatics, or cellular biology. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of a second language is highly desirable.You have significant experience in product management, particularly for data platforms, APIs, or web applications. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SaaS B2B business models and UX awareness and SAS experience is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
