We are seeking a Head of Science to lead a thriving department in a supportive secondary school in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Science Teacher with leadership skills, or an established Head of Science looking for a new challenge.

Lead, inspire and manage a team of Science teachers

Drive teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry and Physics

Develop engaging schemes of work to raise student achievement

Monitor and track pupil progress within the department

Contribute to whole-school development and improvement

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and strong classroom experience

Proven track record of delivering high-quality Science teaching

Leadership experience (departmental, phase or whole-school)

Passion for inspiring both students and staff in STEM subjects
