Countries from Africa, Asia and Latin America participate as full members in the Centre, where they interact on an equal footing with OECD members.The new Regional Development Dynamics Division (DEV/RDD) will consolidate DEV’s regional desks under one umbrella, enhancing their capacity to analyse development dynamics, foster stronger partnerships with regional institutions, and produce cross-regional and globally relevant research and policy dialogues. Working closely with other DEV divisions, the RDD will support DEV’s contributions to regional and international processes.Organised around three key pillars-Africa and the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, and Latin America and the Caribbean-the Division will strengthen DEV’s geographic approach and amplify the impact of its regional economic reports and partnerships.DEV is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary leader to head the Regional Development Dynamics Division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in positioning the Development Centre as a leading analytical voice and trusted policy advisor for public and private actors in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.As part of DEV’s senior management team, the Division Head will report to the Director and work closely with the relevant Deputy Director, guiding strategic priorities while collaborating with the Office of the Secretary-General and other OECD bodies on cross-cutting initiatives.Job DescriptionMain ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and Vision
