We are a global team united by this purpose.Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.About the roleAs Head of Trade Marketing you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of Reckitt brands and Categories by understanding market dynamics and trends, shaping HU&ADR Sales and Trade Marketing strategy, working closely with marketing in translation of GSM’s into LSM’s and following up on the execution. Head of Trade Marketing cooperates closely with Sales Leads of HU&ADR and has deep business insights on both sales and marketing. In this position you will be based in Budapest, and will report to our Country Manager, as well as leading a regional team. To our new colleague, we provide a fixed-term contract for a maximum of 2 years.Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of Trade Strategy in close cooperation with Country Manager, Marketing and Sales Leads

• Responsible for execution of the Trade Marketing Plans and management of Trade Marketing budgets

• Directly responsible for leading development and execution of the category strategy in line with country commercial strategy

• Responsible to establish close cooperation with Sales to ensure preparation and execution of Customer 4P Strategies, Category Management, and through clear assignments towards Trade Marketing Team ensures smooth cooperation with BDM’s, Key Accounts and Field team to meet agreed sales and commercial objectives through selling, negotiating and executing the company’s 4P and 3D objectives

• Drive strategic business partnerships by providing expert knowledge to Sales in creation of JBP’s with key customers and distributors

• Responsible for Trade and Customer Marketing Team’s talent and capabilities development

• Initiates and drives cross department cooperation to ensure more focused ways of working, clarity on R&R and streamlines operations with objective to both drive productivity and focus where matters

• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of trade objectives, activities (Sales, Brand, Supply teams)

The experience we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject
• At least 6 years’ experience in Trade/Customer Marketing or Sales in an FMCG/OTC environment
• Experience in team management
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• Strong analytical, presentation skills
• Strong commercial, financial awareness and drive
