DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead & Inspire: Manage FOH service and lead a strong team of waiters, keeping energy and standards high throughout every shift.

* Master Storytelling: Confidently bring the venue’s philosophy, food, and beverage concept to life through warm, engaging guest interactions.

* Deliver Excellence: Oversee the complete guest journey, maintaining flawless attention to detail and authentic Greek hospitality.

* Support Growth: Coach and mentor team members while working alongside Senior Management to elevate operational standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Background: Proven senior FOH leadership experience in High-End, Rosette, Fine Dining, or Michelin-starred environments.

* Skills & Knowledge: Strong team management abilities, paired with a genuine passion for food, fine wines, and exceptional service.

* Persona: Polished, enthusiastic, and highly articulate with outstanding interpersonal skills.

* Languages: Fluent in both Greek and English (essential).
