We have an exciting vacancy for experienced Health Care Assistants to join our bank working across our Extended Primary Integrated Care Services (EPIC).Please only apply for this role if you have completed the Care Certificate or are competent to perform phlebotomy, BP, weight, urinalysis.Our Health Care Assistants work across our sites to support our care navigators with taking observations in the emergency department, or working in our phlebotomy service at our clinical hub or on home visits.This role will suit an individual who wants flexibility of shifts and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.Main duties of the jobMain duties will include supporting care navigators in the emergency department with taking and documenting patient observations. The role will also include working at the clinical hub or independently on home visits to work in phlebotomy clinics and as the service develops completing NHS Health Checks.About usSalford Primary Care Together is a community interest company with all GP practices in Salford as its members. Employees must at all times have regards for the need to safeguard, inclusive of Modern day Slavery and Human Trafficking and promote the welfare of children and adults at risk in line with legislation. Employees of SPCT must follow all safeguarding policies and procedures and reporting mechanisms to raise safeguarding concerns and keepup to date with safeguarding training as required.
