Hollybank is a 15 bedded Rehabilitation and recovery unit, delivering compassionate holistic care for patients with enduring mental health issues and complex needs and working 24 hours a day. Successful applicants will work a shift pattern that includes nights, earlies, lates and weekends.We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Band 2 Health Care Support Worker to join our small friendly team based in Hollybank. As one of the team, you will ensure that you offer responsive, recovery focused care to the patients, while building strong therapeutic relationships to support patients to move forward in their recovery.This is a role where you can really make a difference working to reduce the amount of time our patients need to spend in hospital and helping them to work towards their recovery and back into the community. To provide physical and psychological care to service users in accordance with the specified plan of clinical care. To accurately record patient/client information. To provide support to relatives/carers and work under the supervision of qualified staff. To observe report and record changes in the clients physical, mental health and behaviour.
