Abbott Nutrition Italy is looking for a HEMA Lead to drive access and reimbursement strategies that ensure our cutting-edge nutrition products reach the people who need them most.🧭 Your MissionAs the HEMA Lead, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our market access and reimbursement strategy. Your work will directly impact how our products are perceived, adopted, and funded across national and regional healthcare systems.You’ll be the voice of value – translating clinical and economic evidence into compelling narratives for policymakers, payers, patient associations, and healthcare providers.🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design and lead local market access strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and expand a strong network of market access stakeholders across Italy
• Develop and implement engagement plans for patient advocacy groups and decision-makers
• Generate and communicate health-economic evidence to support reimbursement and policy decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Government Affairs teams
• Anticipate and influence tendering and contracting opportunities
• Support HEOR activities in coordination with EMEA and global teams
• Drive strategic initiatives to position Abbott Nutrition as a leader in value-based healthcare

🎓 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Economics, Science or related field
• Master’s in Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or Health Policy
• 5+ years in Market Access roles, plus 5+ years in commercial functions
• Proven experience in health economics projects, tender-based environments, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, clinical study design, and reimbursement dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and available to travel up to 50%
