Looking to join a contractor that prioritises safety and quality across major projects?We’re recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of a multi-disciplinary contractor working across high-profile builds in London. You’ll be part of a tight-knit safety team, reporting into experienced H&S leadership and influencing safe practice on the ground.This role is home-based with regular travel to major London project sites.What’s on offer:

• £55,000-£65,000 base salary
• £5,000 car allowance or company car + expensed mileage
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Annual bonus
• Pension scheme
• Death in service

• Ongoing CPD and funded training

The role:

• Carry out risk assessments, support RAMS development
• Conduct site inspections and close out any H&S actions
• Investigate incidents, write reports, and drive engagement at site level
• Maintain compliance with legislation and accreditations
• Oversee inductions, subcontractor registers, and H&S documentation

What we’re looking for:

• NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
• Experience with civil engineering, RC frames, steel structures, or major builds
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player
• Full UK driving licence
