ERM is looking for a motivated and proactive “Internship Consultant” to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. Working under the direction of project managers and Senior and Principal Consultants, the candidate will work on interesting consulting opportunities both national and international. Once the internship/training ends you might have the opportunity to become a Consultant in this service:HS Auditing and safety servicesProcess Safety projectsFire and Atex safety projectsIndustrial safety regulatory complianceRisk assessments and hazard analyses.HS Compliance register.Support in HS training programsAbout youWe are looking for motivated people with a passion for sustainability and safety processes and the following background:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in occupational health and safety, process safety, engineering, or a related field.
• Master as HS upper technical level for Spanish regulation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, with a particular interest in process safety, fire safety and Atex.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential safety risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools. PowerBi knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in energy efficiency will be valued.
• Knowledge of legal regulations in HS and HS and PS management systems.
