If that sounds like you, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.As an H&S Digital Training Developer in Health and Safety Solutions, you will:

• Develop clear and instructive H&S training solutions to help stakeholders understand, use, and apply training solutions in the relevant training and business context.
• Identify potential and scope of new training solutions in collaboration with NN Health and Safety and other relevant stakeholders
• Help implementation of H&S training solutions and provide recommendations for LoB.
• Identify and include digital training formats and development/authoring programmes relevant for H&S training into projects and deliverables.
• Maintaining the H&S training content for all target groups to ensure training stays relevant and aligned with H&S strategy and needs in LoB.
• Plan and manage projects relating to training, including vendor contact and stakeholder management.

• A degree in a relevant field and experience in digital training development and project management.
• Strong understanding of e-learning training formats and development/authoring programmes.
• Experience in planning and managing training programmes.
• Ability to develop clear and instructive training solutions.
• Strong consultancy skills to guide stakeholders on digital training potentials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to continuously improve training processes and solutions.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.
