g2 Recruitment’s Client is looking for an HSE Advisor for their manufacturing sites between Drenthe and South Holland for Q1, 2025.START: March, April (May considered)LOCATION: Regional, NetherlandsSALARY: 4,500 – 5,500 a month + Package + CarSTYLE: Hybrid, Full TimeSkills:

• MVK or higher certification
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing/construction HSE setting
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a bonus)

Duties:In the position of Advisor Health & Safety you are responsible for the daily implementation of the Health & Safety policy.Translates the corporate policy to a local level.You are pro-active and can switch between hands-on activities and strategy.You support, advise and challenge the local Management Team to bring health and safety at the plant to a higher level.You are responsible for the safety-onboarding of new colleagues and provide regular safety training.You are involved in various projects concerning safety and safe working practices.You are enthusiastic about safety and know how to create support among your colleagues.
