Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.As a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist, you will contribute to improving HSE performance and corporate responsibility, aiding the business by applying your knowledge to offer solutions and advice through delivery of Group-wide performance improvement programs and/or the Group Audit Program. You will deliver and deploy HSE training, audit and Group-wide performance improvement programs to the divisions and business areas.This position reports toHSE ManagerYour responsibilities

• Helping to assess trends and legislation in HSE and communicating information on legal requirements in your area of expertise and geography.
• Helping constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and legal obligations.
• Delivering audits and assisting in following up improvement actions.
• Management of HSE documentation related to external activities (POS ecc..).
• Helping to lead behavioral change and continuous improvement through training and competence initiatives.
• Aiding in spreading best practices, coordinating reporting on HSE performance and assisting in delivery of the Group audit program.
• Helping to plan and execute HSE performance and corporate responsibility projects, and managing project resources such as labor, financials and other relevant factors.

Your background

• Master degree in Engineering field or Health-Safety-Environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working as HSE Engineer in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of D.LGS 81/08 regulation.
• Nice to have: knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 regulations.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
