This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures to minimise risks and ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.Responsibilities:Health and Safety Policy DevelopmentRisk Assessment and ManagementTraining and EducationIncident Investigation and ReportingCompliance and AuditingResponsibility for the Health and Safety at all other TD SYNNEX UK & I office locations (Basingstoke, Bracknell and Warrington)Knowledge, Skills and Experience:3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employeesIOSH Diploma requiredNEBOSH preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEffectively leads and inspires teams to foster a culture of safety, encouraging collaboration and engagement among all staff members.Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and adept at conducting audits to ensure organisational compliance with health and safety standards.Experienced in conducting detailed investigations of incidents, analysing root causes, and preparing clear, actionable reports to prevent future occurrences.Skilled in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance employee knowledge and adherence to health and safety practices.Proficient in identifying potential hazards and implementing effective risk management strategies to minimise workplace incidents.Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
