we’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to lead the way at the Central Bank of Ireland. In this role, you’ll be a proactive advocate for a safer, healthier workplace, ensuring compliance, driving innovation, and influencing teams to foster a positive safety culture. You’ll champion the implementation of health, safety, and quality systems, provide expert guidance on Occupational Health & Safety, and lead environmental health and safety planning. Your role will also involve investigating incidents, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and supporting behavioural safety change initiatives. Working closely with teams, you’ll develop Business Continuity Plans and ensure timely reporting and resolution of incidents. What you’ll do:

x25CF; Provide safety, health, risk & quality support to and client operations in
accordance with company procedures and agreed objectives
x25CF; Assist with the implementation of Health, Safety and Quality systems.
x25CF; Promote and develop a Safety Culture which secures effective implementation of
policy, procedures and responsibilities throughout the operational delivery
x25CF; Implement initiatives to support the attainment of health & safety
targets.
x25CF; Provide a high level of operational service support to management
and operational staff, establishing specific requirements, identifying
and facilitating the resolution of all specific issues to provide a high
level of support and add value to operations.
x25CF; Production / Approval of Local Operating Procedures.
x25CF; Develop Risk Registers at Operational and Strategic levels.
x25CF; Support the development of Business Continuity Plans
x25CF; Complete full Root Cause Analysis of lost time incidents

What you bring:
x25CF; Nebosh Certificate or equivalent qualification in an occupation health and safety.
x25CF; Membership of IOSH preferred
x25CF; Knowledge and experience within TFM environment preferred
x25CF; Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
x25CF; Experience of Food Safety / HACCP preferred
