To design and implement employee health, safety, and wellbeing programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. The role manages health cases, and fosters a safe, healthy, and productive work environment by partnering with and supporting business leaders in fulfilling their duty of care.Key Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:

• Design and deliver health, safety, and wellbeing programs aligned with the people and culture strategy and health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prevent, early detect, manage and reintegrate cases of illness or disorder and minimize work-related productivity loss.
• Support and provide guidance to business leaders on fulfilling their duty of care and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.

• decisions/solutions can essentially enhance existing systems & processes

• builds collaborative work relationships with similar functions across SAP
• communicates clearly, in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies
• communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to colleagues & managers

Formal Requirement

• higher education in the field or specialty of occupational health and safety
• alternatively, completed postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety
• additionally, at least 1 year of work experience in the health and safety service
• Fluency in English and Polish
