Job description

As a helpdesk consulant you first of all follow an extensive training in our logistics software solutions (WMS / MES / TMS / EDI) both in-house and at customer sites. After that, you help with your fellow helpdesk colleagues for the further development of a full-fledged service department.On one hand, you are responsible for the documentation of the logistics solutions for our customers by organizing knowledge transfers over the various project teams. On the other hand you also support our customers with all possible questions (first line) and you take care of the follow-up of second line support through our in-house software team.Finally, you help with the further organization of our ticket and call system and you report incidents.➡️ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applied computer science or electronics ICT.
➡️ Good SQL knowledge is a must!
➡️ You have several years of experience within IT.
➡️ You have excellent communication skills and report in a clear manner.
