You will be part of our Engineering team based in Milan.Your MissionIn this role, you will be the technical reference point for the development and execution of BESS projects with integrated HV substations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Take the role of technical leader of newly formed HV Substation Task Force to achieve company strategic objective.
• Defining internal processes, standards, and best practices for HV substation design.
• Supporting tenders and proposals, analyzing specifications and leading preliminary designs.
• Coordinating with internal teams (procurement, construction, legal) and grid operators (e.g., Terna, Enel) for connections and permitting.
• Preparing technical specifications, BoMs, and overseeing detailed designs (SLDs, protection schemes, primary and secondary layouts, auxiliary systems).
• Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and supporting commissioning on site.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in MV/HV substation design (MV up to 36kV, HV ≥150kV).
• Experience with grid operators or EPC contractors and knowledge of CEI/IEC standards.
• Excellent command of Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, FATs, and site activities.
