We’re currently seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to oversee multiple schemes across the Midlands on a freelance basis. With works scheduled throughout August and September, we’re looking for a reliable, proactive individual ready to hit the ground running and ensure all schemes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:·Supervision of highway works including VRS and fencing installations
·Daily coordination with site teams and subcontractors
·Ensuring health & safety compliance on all worksites
·Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings
·Monitoring quality and productivity
·Maintaining daily records and reporting progress via Excel/Word/emailRequirements:·SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS
·Valid CSCS card
·First Aid at Work certificate
·CAT & Genny certified
·National Highways Passport (desirable)
·Experience with Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) and/or fencing highly beneficial
·Chapter 8 compliant vehicle
