We are currently looking for Call Handlers to come and join our Home and Motor Department within AXA Partners. Our office always has something on to engage our employees, from Summer BBQs, Charity Days and even Christmas Activities to keep it a fun filled office.As a Call Handler, you’ll be providing support in relation to our Home and Motor customers and clients in the UK. You will ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call and provide the highest level of customer service at all times. During busier times, you can expect calls regarding mass floods, high winds and other weather related emergencies.Working Hours – Our Call Handlers work on a rotating shift pattern, 35 hours per week between 7am – 9pm over 5 days which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.Salary – £21,870 + shift allowance. Start date – May 2024Induction & Training – We’re offering 4.5 weeks fully comprehensive training for this role. It’s important to us that we give you all the material and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.What will you be doing?Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customerAnswer calls adhering to standard response times and protocols.Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels.Willingness to respond appropriately at times of service pressure.To understand and apply Data Protection Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliersHere at AXA Partners, we love to give our employees the best opportunities to thrive and grow in their career with us. Once trained across all 3 departments, you’ll receive a £2k bonus!QualificationsYou don’t need to have any previous experience to do this role as full training is provided.The most important attribute we look for is the ability to deliver strong customer service with empathy, patience and understanding the customers situation and needs, while being aware of the impact your support has on them.You must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with our customers.
