Hospitality Assistant Grade 2

An opportunity has arisen within Commercial Services for the position of Hospitality Assistant Grade 2, the role will be based on the city campus.

The core hours of work for the role will be Mon -Friday 7.00-2.00pm, however weekend and late working will also be required when necessary. The successful candidate will also be required to work within the Guild main kitchen as and when required to support service requirements.

You should have a positive approach, take pride in your work and have excellent people skills. You should be highly motivated and prepared to meet the challenge of a busy working environment with the desire to deliver excellent service.

The duties of the post will involve sandwich making for our delivered catering, salad prep and some general cleaning.

Ideally you should have a basic food hygiene certificate, knowledge of allergens and basic health and safety ¿ however, this is not essential as training will be expected to be undertaken on basic food hygiene and allergens when you start.
