Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Housing Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support damp and mould associated works and manage a range of small projects across their life cycle. This includes overseeing, surveying, reporting on work in progress, and delivering work.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee damp and mould related projects

• Survey works and report on progress

• Deliver projects from start to finish

• Work with contracts connected to social housing provider contracts

Requirements:

• Background in construction or general building

• Experience managing small projects

• Familiarity with NATFED SORs

• Ability to travel to sites 2-3 days per week

• Ability to commute to the Braintree office
