Locum Housing Litigation Senior Legal Officer – 3 months + – Predominantly Remote Working – Full Time – Up to £40 per hour – MidlandsPosition: Locum Housing Litigation Senior Legal Officer/Junior LawyerOrganisation: MidlandsDuration: 3 months +Working Pattern: Full timeWorking Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working, attending Court on occasion may be requiredHourly Rate: Up to £40 per hour UmbrellaThe ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Housing Litigation, including Housing Disrepair matters.Duties may include:

• Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation including reviews of Housing Committee reports, leases and rentals, possession claims and Housing Disrepair
• Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
• To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Housing Management and support case preparation for Court
