HPS Business Enablement ManagerDescription –HP Solutions (HPS) Operations Business Enablement Manager is a critical function in supporting the Lifecycle Services business unit in bringing products and services to market and driving continuous improvement in efficiencies and customer experience. This role requires an experienced people manager with the skill to work collaboratively with Portfolio, Markets, Delivery, IT and other partner orgs to introduce new services, software, products and solutions aligned to the HPS Portfolio strategy.This leader’s scope will be focused on a Lifecycle Services and will cover:
The person in this role applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies. He/she is accountable for a large multi-department area(s) or location(s) with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy. They act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization. The role requires expert ability to plan, manage and monitor high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members’ primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both. This leader holds responsibility of resource management; personnel, finances, prioritization, and supporting the HPS strategic vision in operations.Responsibilities
