We are dedicated to providing exceptional candidates and services to our clients.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our client’s team in Kilkenny. This role involves supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR functions to ensure smooth operations.Our client is a well-established organization in Kilkenny, committed to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the professional growth of its employees.Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Update internal HR databases with employee information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, new hire guides, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure legal compliance.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates.
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary: The position offers a salary of €30,000 per annum.
