It all starts with making a contract for new employees, confirm changes in labor conditions, feed salary administration, answer employee questions and maintain contacts with external partners like the pension fund, the UWV and our international Cytiva environmentThis position reports to the HR Manager and is part of Human Resources located in Medemblik and will be an on-site role.What you will do:– Create your own administrative HR store as efficiently as possible, automate processes where possible in collaboration with Payroll, UWV, Pension administrator– Manage efficient & accurate HR administration and perform supporting and administrative tasks arising from various HRM topics.– Preparation of employment contracts, and registration and deregistration with various agencies such as the pension fund and the UWV– Processing and timely delivery of mutations in personnel files and hours registration to the salary processor, entering personnel and salary administration data into E-HR systems and keeping our benefits suppliers up to date regarding data.– Invoicing for HR related vendors in SAP and Oracle.– Processing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.– Act as the first point of contact for our employees and HR colleagues for administrative issues and HR related questionsWho you are:

• Educated in Administration, HR of similar
• At least 3 years of relevant administration experience
• Digitally savvy
• Service oriented
• Accurate

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Workday
• Protime
• MS Office
