Headquartered in Austin, TX, DFS has a significant technology development and manufacturing presence worldwide, including facilities in Brazil, China, India, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.#LI-HW2POSITION SUMMARYThe HR Advisor will play a key role in providing HR support to employees and managers at our Bladel site, ensuring effective people management and compliance with company policies and Dutch labor laws. You will collaborate with site management and the global HR team to foster a positive and productive workplace.This position is responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with DFS goals while enhancing HR operations through employee relations, policy development, and organizational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in the Netherlands.Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Europe, you will primarily work at our Bladel site but also support operations in Breda and Turnhout (Belgium).KEY RESPONSABILITIESSpecific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
