Job description

Apeiron Sumus is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Capital team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness. You’ll work closely with the HR Lead, Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
• Assist in the implementation of HR technologies and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1+, 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Required languages: English.
• Educational level: Bachelor’s degree.
• Special conditions or requirements: Open to work in a global environment with different cultures and languages.
• This is an on-site position.
