• Support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams on administrative and data management tasks.

• Record keeping for educational and training courses, including usage of FUNDAE credits.

• Assist the Onboarding team with preparing materials, documentation and following up with the new joiners.

• Help the Engagement and Communication team with internal communication and engagement activities.

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with posting, updating and refreshing job listings on the ATS, job boards and LinkedIn, while also providing ad hoc support as needed.

• Have a frequent interaction with a wide range of individuals and cultures.

Required Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Good organizational skills and tech savvy.

• Detail oriented and proactive.

• Strong interpersonal skills, people-oriented person.

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Strong working knowledge of excel and in general, Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human resources management.

• 1 year of experience.

• Previous experience in a tech company or a startup.
