The primary purpose of this role is to assist in various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and facilitating a positive employee experience.Responsibilities:

• Recruitment support
• Owning the onboarding process for new hires
• Support the HRBP with processing of the monthly payroll
• Support the HRBP on people projects
• Maintain and update the HR database with candidate and employee information
• Administrative support
• handle day to day HR administrative tasks
• Support in organizing HR events
• Employee relations
• Act as point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Owning the HR mailbox
• Keeping the different HR systems up-to-date
• SuccessFactors
• Loket (payroll system)
• Onvia (sickness system)
• Protime (travel/WFH system)

About You

• Preferred to have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity
• Willingness to learn in the HR field
• Approachable and responsive in addressing employee inquiries
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
