Job description

Supporting managers in daily HR operations and in achieving business goals from a people strategy perspective.
Participating in projects related to organizational development and the implementation of HR processes in an international environment.
Initiating and executing projects in the areas of talent management, employee development, employer branding, onboarding, and offboarding.
Building strong relationships with employees and fostering an organizational culture based on values and engagement.
Taking an active part in global HR initiatives and projects in collaboration with central HR teams.
Identifying training needs and working with the L&D department to deliver development programs.
Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Preparing HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in an international environment.
Experience in a structured organization and in participation in global projects.
Strong knowledge of soft HR practices and a solid understanding of labor law.
Proactive approach, independence, and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with modern HR tools and HRIS systems.
Very good command of English (C1 level) – mandatory.
