DescriptionPosition at LeoVegas SpainABOUT THE ROLE:The HRBP position is part of the international HR team cooperating on a global level. HRBP will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the HR area in Malaga but will also take part in international HR projects. On a daily basis, you will also cooperate with other departments of the company, such as Recruitment, Employer Branding, IT, Office and Finance.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:● Support and advise our LeoLeaders and employees in HR-related matters.● Oversee, improve and create global HR processes which are aligned with local requirements.● Cooperation with local payroll service providers.● Be a part of global and local projects improving the employee journey.● Oversee our HR-related systems.● Initiate and project manage HR projects.● Coordinate training and events within culture, leadership and Employer Branding.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:● A degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.● We believe you have experience supporting leaders in HR-related matters according to the Spanish labour law and payroll.● You also feel comfortable communicating in English – corporate language, using it on a daily basis● Previous experience in tech companies or a fast-growing international company is an advantage.WHO WE AREAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
