• Manage the HR function for the client, including hard and soft HR aspects.
• Ensure HR operations are aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Report to the Country Director.

Your responsibilities will include

• Hard HR:

• Manage compensation and benefits.
• Supervise payroll.
• Draft and manage employment contracts.
• Ensure HR compliance.
• Soft HR:

• Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Support performance reviews.
• Oversee employee training and well-being.
• Monitor HR KPIs.
• Additional responsibilities:

• Organise events.
• Manage internal communications.

Your profile

• Knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
• Organisational and self-management skills.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidentiality.
• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Economics.
• 5 years’ experience in HR.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
