HR Business Partner | Italy | ITA2140916In Kuehne+Nagel stiamo ricercando un HR Business Partner multi-sito con sede principale a Mantova e trasferta settimanale di 1-2 gg a Venezia.DESCRIZIONE DEL LAVOROIl/la candidato/a selezionato/a entrerà a far parte del team HR di Kuehne+Nagel e avrà la responsabilità di gestire le attività HR per due importanti stabilimenti logistici occupandosi dell’intero ciclo di vita del dipendente e mantenendo un rapporto costante con gli stakeholder. La prima fase, fino all’autunno del 2025 lo/la vedrà coinvolto/a nella gestione della preparazione al go-live degli stabilimenti (gestione KPI progetto e sindacale), a partire dal go-live diventerà il punto centrale HR per la gestione dei due siti.COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ
