You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.You’ll contribute to the strategic development of our workforce and enhance our organizational capabilities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits), analyze and report HR information to support strategic planning, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of delivering key HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, but also ensuring the smooth running of working parties to facilitate the delivery of HR policies and projects.We’ll look to you for:Delivering HR initiatives, including workforce planning and talent managementEnhancing employee relations and engagementPerformance management and reward strategiesDeveloping and implementing HR policies in line with legislation and best practicesProviding up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within HRInternational exposure and dealing with employee representativesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
