You’ll play a vital part in driving performance, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring that our people strategies support our continued growth and success.We’re seeking someone who excels at building strong relationships, offers sound and pragmatic HR guidance, and is passionate about making an impact through effective, people-first solutions.RequirementsAs a key member of the People & Culture team, you will provide commercially driven, pragmatic generalist and specialist HR expertise to support the delivery of sustainable, high-performing business outcomes. Your contribution will be instrumental in advancing best practices across XTM through targeted people initiatives, including:
