Flying Tiger Copenhagen is looking for a new HR Business Partner – maybe it’s you!The RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People team at Flying Tiger Copenhagen and support the execution of our company strategy, with a strong focus on our People strategy.Based at our headquarters in Christianshavn, Copenhagen, and reporting to the VP, People, you will join a tight-knit collaborative team that spans Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partnering functions. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in shaping organizational design and guiding departments through change management processes, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business priorities.Job PurposeAs an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers across various business functions, serving as their primary HR point of contact. You will provide expert guidance and support on all HR-related activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. Acting as a close partner to both managers and their teams, you will develop a deep understanding of the business, processes, strategy, and people to deliver tailored HR solutions that drive success.Main responsibilities

• Initiating, developing and driving strategic projects thus building strong people processes and structures supporting the business
• End to end recruitment processes for your HQ Functions
• People Life Cycle responsible for your area (Onboarding, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Appraisals, Employee Exits etc.)
• Following up on our engagement surveys in terms of people development, manager support and broader initiatives
• Driving cyclic performance management initiatives such as appraisals and talent reviews
• Providing relevant input to the people managers in terms of organizational design
• Providing HR policy guidance, structuring compensation and benefit packages and supporting in maintaining internal databases

People find you dedicated, flexible, and easy to work with, and you take pride in delivering HR solutions that align with both business objectives and employee needs.Qualifications

• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Law or related.
• 5 years of experience with HR Business Partnering ideally from larger international firms with strong customer centric brands.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to negotiate and influence others at all organizational levels.
• Experience from an international Retailer and/or within the digital, online and eCommerce field would be great but is not a must.
• Experience conducting psychometric tests is preferred but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Danish language proficiency is a plus but not a requirement.
