You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where your ideas and expertise are genuinely valued.Main responsibilities:

• Partner with both local and global stakeholders to understand and address learning needs
• Contribute to strategic learning and development initiatives
• Lead e-learning needs analysis and offer expert guidance on content strategy
• Design and develop e-learning materials using enterprise-standard tools
• Source visual assets, coordinate production workflows, and manage content approval processes
• Test and validate final e-learning products for quality and functionality
• Edit video content, write scripts, record voiceovers, create animations, and add subtitles
• Maintain and update digital content, manage translation workflows with external vendors
• Proactively improve e-learning services and stay on top of design and market trends

Required skills:

• 2-5 years of experience designing e-learning content in a corporate or large-scale environment
• Solid knowledge of instructional design principles for digital learning
• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Rise360, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
• Experience with 3D video production or gamification techniques is a plus
• Skilled in multimedia tools, photo/video editing software
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, business, HR, or a related field
• Strong computer literacy and tech adaptability
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) is an advantage
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
