  • Program duration: Two years
  • Rotations: Two unique twelve-month assignments in different HR functions
  • The program role will start in Budapest, in the Human Resource Services Operational Excellence Team, where you will work as an HR Services Continuous Improvement & OPEX Specialist supporting our key HR transformation processes. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our HR processes and support HR Services centers in advising, enhancing current services, continuous improvement projects, change management and transferring new services as appropriate for the business. For the second year of the program, you will relocate to another country within the region and the tasks will be defined after the first year based on the candidate’s capabilities and the business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently possesses or will have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related by August 2025. A master’s degree in these fields is also preferred.
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
