HR Employee Relations Partner – based in Poland/BulgariaThis is an exciting opportunity for an English and French speaking HR professional with a quest for knowledge and desire to learn to join a growing multinational organisation. Labcorp are looking to recruit an experienced candidate based in Eastern Europe to undertake work in the global employee relations team. This will involve supporting a wide range of business areas across multiple countries to provide guidance to leaders and employees. The role is part of a global team of people based in the US, UK, EMEA, India and China. The opportunities for growth and development are only limited to the candidate’s ambition.Education/skills required:Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or related subject is preferred but not essential; work experience will be consideredAppropriate HR CertificationPrevious experience in HR/ER preferredResponsibilities -the successful candidate will undertake a wide range of tasks to include the following:Support and guide global leaders on employee relations matters, for example, performance issues, behavior/workplace concerns, and provide coaching to support the employee experience. The goal is to increase confidence and competence of leaders.Advise on processes in accordance with Labcorp policies and appropriate regulatory guidelines according to jurisdiction. (i.e., attendance issues, failure to follow SOPs, quality issues, basic investigations, and performance matters).Participate in various global employee relations projects and activitiesPartner with team members from other centres of excellence, such as the global HR Partner team.Provide information to ensure compliance within appropriate jurisdictions and local requirements.Assist with coordination and delivery of training for managers by working with the Global ER Learning and Development leadWork with team members to supply additional intelligence around case numbers for business units and countryExperience/skills required:Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in ER, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.HR/ER experience and interest in employee relations in more than one countryKnowledge of relevant employment and labor lawsDesire and interest to learn employment laws and practices globallyAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive issuesStrong investigation skillsAbility to summarize information succinctly both verbally and in writingFlexibility and willingness to deal with competing prioritiesWillingness to assist others and adapt to focusing on where workload is highGood prioritization skills and ability to focus on time-sensitive issuesExcellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respectStrong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to operate in a global team and flow to the workExperience/skills preferred:Awareness of multiple HR disciplines and processesFamiliarity with case management tools and excellent Microsoft Office skillsStrong customer service focus and organizational skillsProblem solving experienceAbility to look at a process with a view to continuous improvementAdditional requirementsExcellent written and spoken business English and FrenchWritten and spoken business German– desirable, not essentialWillingness to undertake occasional travelAbility to support various time zones over a flexible work pattern (whilst complying with working time provisions for the country where the successful candidate resides)Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:As an EOE/AA employer, Labcorp strives for diversity and inclusion in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
