While GOAL continues to be an agile first-responder to humanitarian crises, it is also committed to working with vulnerable communities to help them survive crises and support them on the road to recovery.Job PurposeWe have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated HR Executive Administrator to join the GOAL HQ HR team. The HR EA plays a key role in assisting the team to deliver a fast, effective, and customer-focused service to GOAL employees based in Ireland, UK, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.The role also provides extensive administrative support to GOAL’s Director of People and Organisation Development. This role is an ideal opportunity for a HR administrator, who is now looking to develop their experience further and grow their career in HR. The role is initially offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.We offer our employees flexible working with our hybrid model, we require our HQ employees to work 2 days per week from our HQ office in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin.
