Help to create conditions for people which will enable the people to achieve short-term and long-term business goals›Implement and support all Employee Cycle DC HR matters›Act as business partner & support DC leaders in any HR related area›Ensure DC managers & leaders work with structured performance management guidelines for all employees in the DC›Support DC Management teams to assess, coach & train talent›Inform DC employees of relevant programs, trainings & career opp.›Orchestrate local trainings in the DC›Support Employee relations and ensure all people-related matters are carried out according to local labour law/ regulations, union/ work environment/ comp & benefits, & H&M Group standards›Support local union negotiations as necessary, dev. relations with unions›Support local change initiatives; actively participate/ support global program roll outs›Implement and execute Logistics Employee Branding (EB) strategy›Support recruitment & selection processes, incl. local internship programs›Support any HR related project, run values, culture and I&D activities promoting an I&D cultureQualificationsCOMPETENCIESAnd as a person we believe you have the following qualities :›Solid knowledge in HR core activities (e.g. training, onboarding, recruitment) as well as DC operations›Solid functional understanding of role requirements within DC across functions & interdependencies with the reg. / global org›Excellent understanding of group’s values, culture, training initiatives etc.›Solid understanding of local labor law and regulations›Strong skills in communication, coordination, conflict resolution, disciplinary concepts and workplace investigations›Holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach›Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others›Agile mindset, positive attitude to change & meaningful growth›Inclusive and empathetic towards others, encouraging diversity›Self awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group›EnglishAdditional InformationThis is a full-time position based on our Distribution Center in Ghlin (Belgium) and reporting to the HR Manager.If you feel that your experience, skills and ambitions are a match, please send your completed application including your CV and Cover Letter in English no later than the 17 of January 2025.We are looking forward to hearing from you !
